This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Application data: When you submit an application or interest registration, we collect your first name, email address, city and region, age range, and answers to the application questions.
Analytics data: If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymized.
Cookies: We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie consent choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics places its own cookies for tracking purposes. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
How We Use Your Information
Application data is used solely to evaluate your application and, if a compatible match exists, to facilitate a private introduction. Your answers are read personally by the founder. No automated decision-making is involved. We do not use your application data for marketing purposes.
Analytics data is used to understand how people find and use the site and to improve the experience over time.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Application data is retained for up to 90 days for active review. If no introduction is made within that period, your application data is deleted. If an introduction is made and both parties wish to proceed, relevant contact information is retained only as long as needed to facilitate that process. Interest registrations are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
Who Has Access to Your Information

Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your data at any time. Nature of the Service
Gilded is a private, selective introduction service. We connect compatible individuals for the purpose of exploring intentional life partnership arrangements. We are not a dating app, a matchmaking agency licensed under any state law, an escort or companion service, or a legal advisory service. We facilitate introductions only. We make no representation regarding the outcome of any introduction or the suitability of any potential match.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By submitting an application, you confirm that you are an adult entering this process voluntarily and independently. You also confirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Application and Membership
Submission of an application does not guarantee membership or an introduction. All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of the founder. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason or no reason. Acceptance into the membership and any introduction made is entirely at our discretion.
Membership is non-transferable. You may not share your application or membership access with any other person.
Conduct Standards
All members and applicants agree to engage with Gilded and with any individuals introduced through Gilded with honesty, integrity, and respect. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, circumstances, or intentions. You agree not to use information obtained through Gilded for any commercial, solicitation, or harmful purpose. Any conduct that is abusive, harassing, deceptive, or illegal will result in immediate and permanent removal from the service.
Privacy of Introductions
Any information shared about potential matches, including their identity, circumstances, or contact details, is provided in strict confidence. You agree not to share, publish, disclose, or discuss any information about individuals introduced to you through Gilded with any third party, under any circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
Gilded is an introduction service only. We are not responsible for the actions, representations, or conduct of any individual introduced through our service. We are not responsible for any outcome, whether emotional, financial, legal, or otherwise, that results from an introduction or from any relationship that develops following an introduction. Your participation is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gilded's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this service shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).
No Guarantee of Match
Submission of an application and acceptance as a member does not guarantee that a compatible match will be identified or that any introduction will be made. We make no promise, representation, or warranty regarding the availability or timing of a suitable introduction.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, and copy, is the property of Gilded and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or by a court of competent jurisdiction in King County, Washington.
